Here we go again......

Thank goodness I have my Ross help back.....I'm too short for the snowpile!







and it just keeps coming...expecting snow for the next 5 days!!
I know I know, cry me a (frozen) river...right?

A bit of help....thanks Mom!!

I was finally able to recruit some out of state help for the driveway. After a crazy, bordering on whiteknuckle drive home in the snow, my mom and I were greeted by a driveway full of snow! As the Audi scraped bottom all the way in to the garage, we decided something must be done about it....so on with the gloves and off with shovels we went......

Goodbye Christmas tree......

Honestly, the tree has been gone a while, just thought I'd share our latest adventure. Of course we couldn't put the tree on top of the Jeep, for fear of scratching it, and the precious Dodge couldn't come out of it's little cave (for fear it might get dirty...)!! So instead of retrieving the blue car from the airport, we decided that dragging the tree behind the Jeep was the best option. So a bit of twine later off to the tree graveyard we went, tree in tow....

yep.....MORE SNOW....

Sorry, no pictures of the deep awful driveway, we couldn't get to the garage without clearing it first.....so the back yard is all you get! Here are the pics of Ross working on his diving skills....I think about a 1.6 out of 10 on that one!!

shovel, chip, shovel, chip.....

Somewhat the story of our lives over the past few days! I know a lot of you think we are so fun, and do so much, but our lives are REALLY VERY REPETETIVE!! :) After chipping ice off the driveway for the last 2 1/2 hours, I thought I would share my work with you! You wanted blogs, I will give you blogs....they may be boring and repetetive, but that is what we are!! As some would say...SSDD (same "stuff" different day)!!














Any volunteers for the next storm?? It's coming, and I can't reach the top of the snow pile anymore.....

Fun times in the snow.....

A little late, but better than never :) Thanks for coming up to play and have a little pizza party with us. We just have so much fun every time the Watson Crew comes up to visit!!

Pumpkin Guts and Yummy Treats!!!

Pumpkin guts, grumpy faces, crazy boys, and treats all around....that pretty much sums up what this last Thursday was all about for us! The Watson kids were on fall break from school, so we decided to get in the Halloween spirit with some pumpkin carving and carmel apple dipping.
Who would ever think that a bunch of crazy little boys would think that pumpkin guts were soooo scary and disgusting (I'm sure Uncle Ross wasn't helping things). After some stuffing of little hands into nasty pumpkin guts, everyone got over the slimeyness and had a great time. Little Miss Jacque didn't need any convincing, she ran outside and dug in, that's one tough little lady!! Everyone picked out a scary or grumpy pumpkin face and we turned out some pretty cool "jack-o-lanterns"!!
Next came movie and carmel apple time with everyone picking a favorite candy to coat their apple with....the only thing was, the boys didn't seem to want to eat them when they were done building them!! I couldn't believe it, I really think Shauna has somehow brainwashed them into being super healthy kiddos! After a little prompting, they decided that the inside (the apple) was good for their bodies, so it must be ok to eat after all :)
I was told that on the drive home, every one of the boys fell fast asleep...totally worn out from a day of October/Halloween fun! Thanks for coming up and sharing a part of your Fall Break with us here in Park City!!
